Hello Tom,

  don't  know  about  the  KCT,  but  I  had wonderful results with WB4APR rotor
  interface; he explains how to modify a simple TV rotor and how to interface it
  to     a    parallel    port.    Cheap    and    effective.    His    website:

  APRS.
