[PCR-1000] Administrivia: Looking for a new list administrator

Greetings to all,

Sorry to say this, but I'd like to have one of the members assume my
duties as list administrator.

There are two reasons for my request:

First, probably I will be selling my PCR-1000, since neither Icom nor
the third-party vendors support the modern operating systems.  I have
nothing older than Windows 2000 Pro running on my three computers at
home.

Second, and probably the deciding factor, is the rude comments I've
received from members of this list regarding their subscription.  I
administer 23 other lists, all amateur-related, and haven't had that
many problems in three years on all lists combined.

So, if someone would do me the favor, please step forward.
