[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software

I had to make the modifications of removing the toolbar and manually 
enabling my filter to get it to work.  It is a piece of crap compared to 
some of the other software I use.  Doesn't even let you have control of 
the noise reduction of the filter.  I'd rather use Scancat Gold, as I 
have been using.

P.S. Using a P4...Asus P4T mainboard....2gb ram...6 hard drives...2 
cd/roms...networking, etc. for a computer....with XP Home.
