[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software

You ought to try the DSP with the latest Scancat Gold SE software.  It 
controls the DSP better than Icom's software itself.  It has two 
seperate controls for the DSP, whereas Icom's has only one.  I don't 
know why that is.

I fixed the Icom software for XP and manually enabled the DSP through 
Icom's stuff, which you have to if you're running XP.  It controls it, 
but not thoroughly.
