[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software-Follow Up To Radiocomm

All,
I just downloaded and installed the Radiocomm software. Needless to
say, it doesn't work on my setup and seems to be a software bug in
initializing it's configuration file. There is no support offered for
this program, so there is nothing to be done about it. If anyone gets
this software to work, I'd appreciate knowing about it. I am attempting
to run it on XP.
