[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software

Well, I got a reply from Icom UK today saying that different divisions
bundle different software with their packages, and the cost for Radiocom
is 395.00 pounds UK. It also said they are fairly sure that Icom
America will soon bundle the same software with their radio package.
Sounds like a put off to me. Anyway, I'm going to send a postal letter
to Icom America, return receipt requested, so they can't ignore my request.
