[PCR-1000] RE: PCR-1000 digest, Vol 1 #103 - 10 msgs

I would stay away from the Belkin USB to serial adapter if you
are using XP.

Their driver is not safe and I have found 4 different way to get
a BSOD when using there adapter. XP is doing a lot more runtime
checking of its drivers. There are time when the Belkin driver is
running at the wrong interrupt level, and it does not release all
of its resources prior to unloading. (I was using their XP driver)

When I contacted Belkin about the problems there were not at all helpful.
