[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software

Just a note....Icom UK is offering Radiocomm software with their
PCR-1000's which works with all OS's including XP and 2000 with their
PC-1000's. I wrote them a threatening note to return my unit and filter
if they didn't supply this software to us, or to me as well.
