[PCR-1000] Help re DTFM

Hi all........I must be the Dumbist  person arround  but I have not beem 
able to get the hang of the DTFM system on my Pcr1000

When in Set mode what do I put in the Code and other boxes
I've read the manual etc and understand the Remote system  but I'm lost on 
the Set part
