In reality, my belief is that the signals are mine to do with what I want as 
long as they are "invading" my personal property...If they don't want me to 
listen they can keep them away from me....In actuality...pretty much everyone 
feels that the provision to protect personal communications over the airwaves 
is illegal and unenforceable...it's just that the congress couldn't 
understand encryption but knew they were tired of having newspeople listen in 
on their "private" cellular conversations as they tooled around D.C.
