Hi, All.

I have created an APRS position beacon for W5R at the location of the museum. Check it out.

I finally got the laptop and the radio to work together and I'm on FT8 as AF5AR.   You don't see AF5AR much on HF so work him will you have the chance.   He's on 40M FT8 for a little bit.

Honestly, this was a effort to get setup for the SES.   It took much longer than it should have to get it to work.   All I have to do now is put in the W5R call sign a week from Saturday and get the antenna setup  working.   I created 3 messages that can be sent out periodically to identify us.  They are:

W5R SES

USS Razorback

QSL W5KZ

I think that should cover it.

I'm going to set WSJT-X on a backup laptop.  Why? To have a backup. Murphy and I see each other way too often when doing events like this.

Hi, All.

Below is a schedule for the SES event on September 2. Select the time you would be willing to be the primary or backup operator for the station and change the red colored text.

When finished, please forward the entire updated email to the PBARC list.
