[PBARC] August meeting reminder

The meeting is at 6:30pm on the 8th at El Parian. Items for discussion 
are as follows:

1. Update on the 147.240 repeater status

2. The upcoming special event station at the submarine on Sept 2

A shout out to Mike (W5KZ) for his work on getting the call sign W5R for 
the event and co-coordinating the use of the submarine

A note from Glenn(N5RN)---

We need to have a planning meeting and maybe even a trip to the museum 
to do an assessment and to discuss what we are going to do. Time is 
about to be an issue so we need to move on this.
