[PBARC] meeting

At tonight's meeting, two items were on the agenda.

1. It was announced tonight that the 146.700 repeater will be moved to 
the Hardin water tower where the 147.240 repeater used to be before it 
was moved to Redfield and repurposed as the 147.195 repeater. This move 
will allow easier access in case of maintenance issues. The date is yet 
to be determined. At this time, the DMR repeater will remain at the bank 
site for now.

2. Along with the move, it was decided to purchase a new 2m amplifier to 
replace the old one that quit working, which will allow using the 
repeater on low power.
