[PBARC] wsjtx 2.4.0

I had some issues when I first installed it, but I found out it was some old mixed versioning files that had been collected in my AppData folder instead of the program folders. AppData is where your log book is located so I backed them up, wiped out that directory and the wsjtx directory at the root level and reinstalled 2.4.0 again and it’s working fine now and all of my weird issues with the display and skipping the 73 part of each contact sequence went away.

I've been running 2.4.0 for about a month now with few if any issues.  I'll admit I've not used any of the new modes...still an FT8 person.
