You can retake it over and over until you learn it and pass it. Shoot for 100%. Once you get your ID, you can plug it into your RadarScope, Pykl3, GRLevel3, or the SpotterID App for the PC that broadcasts your position with a usb GPS dongle that mag mounts to the roof of your car. Most folks will set their home as Stationary always at the same point on the map and those are always YELLOW DOTS. If your like me and I go mobile, my RadarScope app lets me insert my Spotter ID code into the app and when I turn on tracking, it puts my position on the radars of the NWS and any one using the above mentioned applications to see the raw radar data.
