Subject:  Arkansas Razorback Emergency Net, November 2, 2013, Simulated
Emergency Test 

Good Morning Wayne,
 
Regarding the SET this Saturday, The Net on 3987.5, will be the Arkansas
Razorback Emergency Net.  You, as STM, will be the Net Control.  I expect a
good turn out.  I will have one message for all six, District Emergency
Coordinators.  I will list it with you as a book of six.  I will then list
the call signs of the DEC's for you to see if they are on frequency to copy
the message.  Some DEC's, like Dennis, N5XMZ will not be able to attend due
to being out of town on business.  Mike W5TMC, will take the traffic for
Dennis.  I have not heard from any other DEC's.  I assume they will either
be on frequency of 3987.5 or appoint a representative.  I will be on 3987.5
AND 146.94.  The Little Rock Red Cross will be on 146.94 and I will also, to
relay to and from them.
 
There will be other Red Cross stations or representatives on 3987.5, The
Arkansas Razorback Emergency Net,  making contact with each other.  That is
as it should be to simulate.
 
The Arkansas Razorback Emergency Net will start at 9:00 AM, Saturday,
November 2, 2013, and end at 11:00 AM, after which, we will hold a critique
of the SET for those wishing to comment or ask questions.  I have not
discussed this with you but do you want to continue as Net Control of the
Critique or do you want me to?  I don't know how tired you might be after
two hours or if you have other matters to attend after 11:00 AM.  Let me
know.  Thanks.
 
Everyone should take notes for the Critique.
 
I expect this to be a good SET with a good turnout.
