Howdy friends!! Next club meeting is may 14. Looking forward to seeing all
there. Still at the ameca restaurant in white hall at 6pm. We have a
technician class with one student ongoing now.like a lot of us he has wanted
to get licensed but had trouble with cw. His name is clayton meyer an older
fellow but really is ready to get his ticket. Glenn and I want to have at
least two tech classes a year,please talk to any friends or family ,
coworkers ,anybody and lets get more hams here.FOR ALL OF YOU WANTING TO
UPGRADE TO GENERAL - DO YOU WANT A CLASS?? CONTACT US AND WE CAN SET IT UP!!
ALSO PLEASE THINK ABOUT THE GRAND PRAIRIE ARC HAMFEST THIS SATURDAY ,MAY 4
AT DEWITT.PBARC IS DONATING AN ARRL HANDBOOK FOR A DOOR PRIZE. IT LOOKS TO
BE COOL AND MAYBE DAMP THIS WEEKEND SO COME ON OVER TO DEWITT.  AT THE
COMMUNITY CENTER ON RON FOWLERPARK LANE. TALK IN ON 146.58 SIMPLEX. LOCATED
ON SOUTH END OF TOWN OFF HWY1.CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL. GET ON THE AIR!! START
PLANNING FOR FIELD DAY  JUNE 22-23. LETS TRY TO HAVE A GOOD ONE!
