[PBARC] Moving the 442.175 and 146.700 repeaters

As some of you know, we have been discussing possibly relocating the 
442.175 and 146.70 repeaters to the Simmons Bank building for easier 
maintenance access and possible coverage improvement. The current sites 
are accessible only by Glenn Wolf and that imposes a burden on him. The 
Simmons site would allow more of us weekday access for maintenance and 
such.   I talked to David Boast, Simmons Facilities Manager, about 
putting these two repeaters in their building.  His response was that 
space was tight but we will see what is possible.   On Thursday morning, 
David will show me what is available in terms of space.  If we (PBARC) 
think that the space is sufficient, the club will need to send David a 
letter stating the whats and whys so that he can approach Simmons 
management about the request.   That is where we stand.   Thanks to 
Larry for initiating the conversation with David several weeks ago and 
allowing me to pick up the project coordination. If you have questions,
