[PBARC] possible new hams

I have a list of about 20 people from the last spotter class who are
interested in learning more about ham radio. I will start contacting them to
see what they are wanting.hopefully some will want to get a license.  Can we
as a club start thinking about maybe holding a class. I will let you know
more as I get it. Also Karen quarles emailed me about an exercise for may
23, it will be mostly at the mopac rail yards. The state is not joining
in,but Jefferson,Lincoln and Cleveland counties are.no play at oem it's
self,but if any one wants to try it's there. Starts at 9 am and runs till
noon. This is a Wednesday and it is really hard to get lose from jobs. But
offer is there. Let' think about it.
