I was able to get a hold of Glenn King and Bob King of the Arkansas 
repeater council.   There is a Arkansas tone plan that we should follow 
and that tone plan specifies that we will use a tone of 85.4 as the tone 
for 440 repeaters in the central part of the state.

We may be able to begin the repeater work as early as this Thursday and 
hopefully have the repeater on the air either this Friday or early the 
following week.  I will keep you updated as things evolve.
