[PBARC] Tone Board for 442.175 repeater (127.3)

As shared at a club meeting earlier this year, we have a tone board for 
the 442.175 repeater.  If you have been listening to the 442.175 
repeater, the noise from the yet unidentified source is starting to make 
its come back.  It sure seems to be an outside temperature related noise 
since it all but goes away in the late spring and summer and returns for 
the fall and winter.  A furnace? A heater?

KC5MN has volunteered to install the tone board to minimize the repeater 
down time.  But even with his help it may require a day or two of the 
repeater being down. So you will have to use 146.700 or one of the other 
local repeaters.

I wanted to give you a heads up that we will likely be proceeding with 
installing of the tone board over the week or two.

I will send out an email let you know when the work will begin and when 
it is complete.

As for the tone, I would like to use 127.3 so plan on using this as the 
tone unless you hear otherwise.
