[PBARC] Test session reminder

As a reminder, we will be having a VE Test session this evening at 630P 
at the Watson Chapel Fire Department.  Candidates need to bring $15 
(test fee), a government issued photo id, and a copy of any CSCEs they 
may have, and a copy of their license (if they have one).

Of those VEs that have indicated that they will be there, we will only 
be able to test through the General class license.  It is possible that 
we may have another Extra Class VE attend the session.  If so,  will be 
able to test at all levels.
