Hello All,

On December 10 from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM there will be a SET regarding a 
devastating ice storm affecting areas of Arkansas. The SET has been 
arranged by Bill Nicholson, W5WPN, the NE DEC along with some Cross 
County emcomm radio operators. It has been further arranged to utilize 
frequency 3.9875 as the HF reporting frequency to transmit reports and 
traffic relayed from local UHF/VHF NCs to a central point.

All districts are invited to participate and further information will be 
provided on the www.ararrl web site. Please notify your county ECs about 
the SET and encourage them to put together a scenario, about their 
county's ice storm situation, to integrate into the SET.
