[PBARC] 146.700 - Out of Service

Around noon today I took the 146.700 repeater of the air and took the 
duplexers, controller, and radio to KC5MN's so that he can begin 
troubleshooting the sensitivity issue.   As I was talking with Bill I 
noticed an issue with a connector and who knows that may cause of our 
problem.

Bill has some commitments for later this week and later this weekend so 
returning the repeater to service may take more than just a few days.  I 
will keep you informed on progress and when you might expect the 
repeater to be back on-line.
