We've been experiencing some "issues" with the 442.175 repeater.  We've 
talked about putting a tone on the repeater to see if that helps.  We 
frequently have this problem in the fall and spring - as the band 
conditions change.

The ARCOM controllers do NOT have a tone option so we will have to go 
external with the tone.  The cost will be about 60 or 70 bucks.

I suggest we try the tone, if it solves our problem great.  If not, we 
can discuss whether to leave it or not.
