[PBARC] Repeater update

I'm still waiting on the release of the firmware that will support the 
Real Time clock module for the 147.240 repeater.  The latest from the 
reflect is that it could be sometime next week.

On the 146.700 machine, I've not had real chance to look into the 
problem.  I can say that that swapping the controller did NOT resolve 
the problem.  I'm hoping that I can get into it this weekend or maybe 
ask KC5MN to take a look at it next week.

I want to remind everyone that we are scheduled to have a meeting at the 
OEM on June 8 to visit with the new OEM director.  I would really like 
to a good turn out if at all possible.  Please let me know if you think 
will be able to attend so that I can let Karen know something by late 
next week.
