[PBARC] 147.240 Update

Everyone -

The repeater and controller for the 147.240 repeater have been ordered.  
I'm to get an email that will indicate that it has been shipped.  I'm 
expecting that any day.

As it worked out, the repeater can be wired to accept the RC-210 and we 
can order the controller separately and save a little.   I opted to do 
so for two reasons: 1) the controller is a little cheaper and 2) for the 
difference I picked up a real time clock (RTC) module.   One of the 
"issues" with the RC-210 is that the clock drifts - the RTC module will 
eliminate that and it will save the time in the event of a power loss to 
the controller. Accessing the controller to adjust the time will be a 
thing of the past.

Anyway, all this is coming together and hopefully within a few weeks we 
will have the new repeater/controller up and on the air.
