Although a small test session, Jeff Hubanks, KF5AGY, successfully 
upgraded to General.

Congratulations Jeff!

As I was putting this session together, I realized how short we are of 
Extra Class VEs in the area.  If you have your Extra, please consider 
getting into the VE program and making yourself available to help us 
when we have test sessions.
