[PBARC] 147.240

Glenn,
I checked on the machine and believe that it has controller issues. 
Power supply voltage is
normal.  The receiver has audio in the speaker from the incoming 
station  on 147.84 and breaks squelch properly. The transmitter
keys when you push the PTT button the front and the xmitted signal 
172.24 can be heard in my HT.

Think you can run out and check the controller Friday?
