[PBARC] Repeaters

We are experiencing a rash of repeater problems.   Both 146.700 and 
147.240 are presently off the air.   I will be going to 147.240 today to 
see if the problem is quickly fixable.  If not, it will be Friday before 
I can do much more with it.

The 146.700 repeater is also off the air.  This one looks like a power 
supply problem.  It will be tomorrow before I can swap the supplies out 
and determine if that is really the case.   The tools I had with me 
yesterday to look at this were quite limited so the problem could be 
more than just the P/S.   If time permits today, I have a voltmeter and 
I will take some measurements.
