[PBARC] Grid Locater using Google Maps

A useful link to help you find your grid AND to get your Latitude and 
Longitude in both degrees minutes and seconds and in decimal degrees.

I simply entered my 4 digit grid (EM34) and then clicked on my street 
after doing some zooming in. Wherever you click you will get a grid 
square value and the lat/long for that position.
