[PBARC] Repeater updates

Scott and I went out to the 147.240 repeater site and checked the batteries.
Turns out it was a good thing we did.  Five of the 6 cells needed water.
Two of the cells were quite low.

 

The water company is using the second outlet of the duplex outlet box we
have on that shelf.  I will be taking an outlet strip back with me on the
next visit so we will have some extra outlets so that we can plug in the
light and any other items we may need.
