[PBARC] Technician Class - JRMC this weekend and 25th

There will be a Technician class offered at JRMC in their conference 
room this weekend and October 25th.

They will need VEs on the 25th.  Please let me know if you are available 
to assist with the test session.

I don't have a time for the start of the teaching sessions or when they 
expect to begin testing but when I do, I will share.
