[PBARC] Red Cross Antenna party - rescheduled

Due to a conflict, the Red Cross antenna party has been postponed for 
one week.  We are now scheduled for December 11 & 12.  Please let John 
Gaines or me know if you are available to help.

PS:  The work is being contracted.  All that we need to do is offer 
assistance on where thing are and need to go and to test the equipment 
once wired up.
