[PBARC] VE Testing - 10 November

Be reminded that we have VE testing tentatively scheduled for 10 
November 2007.  Before this becomes a firm date, we need to know that we 
are going to have candidates that want to test.  So please spread the 
word and if you know of anyone interested in testing, please contact me 
so that I can make the necessary arrangements to have a test session.
