[PBARC] Test Session - Scheduled for 30 June

I've been asked to schedule a test session on 30 June 2007.  Location and
time yet to be determined.  Expect more information on the 146.700 repeater
and via email.

If you are a VE, please contact me with your availability.  I need at least
3 advanced (or higher) volunteer examiners as at least one candidate is
going to try for general.
