[PBARC] Hanging relay on 442.175 repeater

As many of you may have noticed, the relay on the 442.175 repeater is
starting to hang (again).  It seems that these relays "wear" out after
about three months.  I called Maggiorie electronics and spoke with Paul
Maggiorie and described the problem.  What he shared with me was that
springs in the relay wear out.  They no longer use the relay we have in
their current production of the R1 repeater.  The solution to our
problem is a heavier duty relay.

Maggiorie Electronics is sending out a replacement relay at no cost.
This replacement relay has 10A contacts compared to the 2A contacts on
the relay now in use.  Paul indicated they've had no more reported
problems with the "hanging" relay after upgrading to this replacement
relay.

I expect that I'll receive the replacement relay sometime next week and
if all goes well I'll be able in perform the upgrade next Friday.
