[PBARC] 2007 CSEPP - 28 February 2007

This year's CSEPP exercise is 28 Feb 2007.  As in years past, I suspect it
will start shortly after 0800 or after 0900

It has been requested that we have ham contacts at:  JRMC, Fire Department,
Police department, and the Red Cross.  Other sites manned as we have
resources.

We need to visit the RACES room a time or two before the exercise to make
sure the equipment still works - specifically,  ATV, HF, and 2M/440.  I
would like to see the internet up as well as IM worked well for us last
year.  As with last year, we will be constrained on how we can use ATV but
as long as we use it to the north of the OEM we should be okay.  We also
need to look at our setup at the hospital.  

Dale, N5RAC, if you are available to help us check out the ATV setup, I
would appreciate it.

As John Gaines is the RACES officer please direct your questions/concerns to
him, at least initially.  John is usually on the 442.175 repeater and
monitors 146.700
