[PBARC] Changes to the repeater announcements

All -

I've made some changes to the repeater announcements.  We've suspended 
the 146.700 nets for the time being so you should NOT hear that 
announcement for now.

Also, there should no longer be a reference to the PBARC net on the 
442.175 repeater. 

On the 443.700, I've trimmed back the time announcements to just the top 
and bottom of the hour.

Drop me a note if you hear strange on our repeaters and I'll look in to it.
