Subject: WEATHER SPOTTER'S COURSE
John, Mike, Richard, Glenn, Charlotte, Ray, Glenn, Robert, Lendel, Kenton,
Mark, Rebecca, Phillip, and Steven.
I wanted to send you all some information about an upcoming WEATHER
SPOTTERS' CLASS to be held MARCH 4, 2006, at 0900 hours at the BAPTIST
SCHOOL OF NURSING BUILDING at the corner of COL Glenn and Bowman Rds just
west of I-430 (COL Glenn exit) in Room 1606 (north side of building).
John Robinson from the National Weather Service is conducting this class.
The ARES Club is sponsoring it.
This class is open to anyone but John wants me to get an idea of how many
people are coming so he knows how much material to bring over to the school.
So, please RSVP.
This is a really good time to have this course. I remember a very dangerous
(F5) tornado that hit Arkadelphia in the early spring a few years ago, so we
need to be ready.
Can you all please get this information out to your clubs and on the nets?
If you need further information, please feel free to contact me.
