Hello friends, well Afghanistan is all "fired up" over the cartoon event.  Lots of locals killed, many injured, and things are on "edge".  It looks like it maybe several weeks if not a month before the mil. Cats can deliver the art supplies.  There were 4 Afgans killed by local police in Qualat where I had planned to deliver the mats.  Well, we will just wait and see, right now the mil. Folks don't want go there unless they are told too because of the locals being upset.  Cant say as I blame them.  Not anything else to report, its been calm at our site.  City of Kandahar has had riots etc. like Kabul but her its fine.  Best of 73 to all. De roy / WO5A...
