[PBARC] CSEPP Exercise Feb 8th, 2006

ADEM W5AUU will be operating during the CSEPP drill on Wed. We were asked to
take part in the drill but no other info was given. Hopefully they will use
us this year and we can provide some emergency communications for them. 
For those in CSEPP counties, we will be following the SOP and ARES/RACES
Plan  found on http://www.arkansashams.org/ares/  look there for operating
frequencies.
