[PBARC] ch. 4 appriciation

Ch 4 wants to have an appreciation brunch on May 20 at 10:00am for all
hams. This is appreciation for all the work that all do in the Skywarn
weather alert teams throughout the state.  Please get the word out.
There probably will be some on air promos running to promote the event.
This is also to encourage ham radio operators that may have dropped out
of radio, to get plugged back in, especially during sever weather.  The
event will be held at the Ch 4 building on Capitol and Victory on
Saturday May 20th at 10:00 (RSVP is needed for a food count)
Ch 4 will also be taking pictures and creating a data base with
locations for operators interested and willing to give reports (ON AIR)
straight to Ch 4 via phone line of reportable criteria.  This should be
a big boost for the promotion for ham radio, so please encourage
everyone to take advantage of this appreciation, and opportunity
