[PBARC] WGAEN schedule

After discussion with Malcolm, Mickey and Gary et al,
we agreed that we should start to back down to some 
degree with the WGAEN schedule.  My first inclination was
to suspend the net at ll:00PM CDT daily until 7:00AM.
However,  Terry, WA5ARJ, who has the ll:00PM to 1:00AM
shift personally informed me that he feels inclined to 
continue until termination of the net(they passed four rescue
message during his time last night),
 
Therefore, here is the schedule until the net is terminated:
 
Net will operate from 7:00AM through 1:00AM the following
morning from now  (3:00PM  9/6/05) until the net is 
terminated.  As last NCS operator for the evening, Terry will
announce that the net is being suspended until 7:00AM.
