[PBARC] Test Exercise results - 28 Oct 2005 @ 0922

I ran a test exercise from 0922 to 0937 on 146.700 to determine how many
amateurs could have or would have checked in had this been a real emergency.
I realize if it was real that that call down lists would have been used
utilizing both land line and cell but I wanted to see what response I would
have received had the normal means of communications been knocked out.
