[PBARC] Net Control operators - help

We need to ask for help with Net Control responsibilities.  We try to have
assigned Net Control operators but sometimes things come up and the
scheduled person can't be available.  Sometime even the backup isn't
available.

With only two or three NCS for the PBARC net, I'm asking for volunteers to
be scheduled as net control operators for both the PBARC net on Tuesday
night and the ARES net on Monday night.  Please contact John, Bernard, or
Glenn so that we can add you to our list of net control operators.

These nets are relatively informal.  The most structured one is the ARES net
on Monday night and we have a preamble that can be used to help you.  The
PBARC net is informal and can be handled pretty much how ever you wish to
run it.  Do not let the procedure scare you away.

We need everyone's help in keeping our nets alive.  If you are listening at
net time and haven't heard a net control check in, PLEASE help us out by
picking up the N/C responsibilities. We need your help.
