I will try to be there.  I have a ball game that starts at 1800 and a second one that starts at 20:00.  In my absence, Mr. Gaines shall preside over the meeting.

* 501C
	Per Mike Sanford (who did all the initial 501C work): 

	Is there a fee: No But one must file an annual report, and that is usually me since I still am the person of record. I have not done that 	since I do not have access to the accounting records. It wouldn't be that difficult to file past years records though. I could have my 	accountant to help me. 

	Yes there needs to be an up-to-date person to contact for the IRS to get hold of.

	EGW: There doesn't seem to be a requirement for a PO Box, just a good point of contact.  I suggest that we ask Mike to help with getting us current.

New Business

* Working with OEM on getting packet node set up. Main driver is WinLink. It will likely be on the OEM tower initially as access to other tower space it very limited right now.
