[PBARC] 443.700 Repeater update

Things didn't go as smoothly as they could have last Saturday.  Bottom line, the Ricky of the WH Maintenance indicated that he would have to talk to Major Jitters and get his okay for us to return to the BLUE water tower (not the White as we first thought). The coax and antenna were taken down.  If given the okay, we will be on the last landing before the top of the tank.  

I'm going to contact Ricky by the end of the week and I should have an update.

Right now the 443.700 repeater is on a diamond up about 60 feet and does a fair job of covering WH.  Getting on the water tower will definitely help.
