[PBARC] More IS Course required

All -

I believe that Gov. Huckabee has signed an executive order requiring the
following courses:

IS-100
IS-200
IS-300
IS-400
IS-700
IS-800

I will try and determine what will be required for whom... that is EC and
AEC may require more courses than regular volunteer.  DECs may require more.

"Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we
didn't."
