[PBARC] Weather system problem (wind guage and wind direction)

You might not have noticed it but the anemometer has failed. Bringing 
the wind gauge to the shop and hooking it directly to the Ultimeter 
didn't solve the problem. 

I will be contacting Peet Brothers about the problem and reminding them 
that this is the second one of their "very reliable" wind gauge we've 
had problems with.
